Even though we are all born, it’s uncommon for the average person to know very much about birth. We all know it takes 9 months, that it can be painful, and you need a doctor to help you… but that’s about it.
Giving birth can bring up sexual trauma… so what can we do?
We all know this is a part of life for women, to deal with some form of sexual abuse at some point. What may be less commonly accepted, is that feelings associated with sexual trauma can resurface when a woman is going through pregnancy and giving birth.
