This time is often overlooked by first time birthers, who may not realize what they are in for, and the difference continuous support can make. Know that you are the best environment for your baby, and your simple presence is a comfort to them.
Top tips: Drink water, eat warm & nourishing foods, nap or lay down, drink tea, lower the lights, set aside the screens, take a deep breath, bathe, rest, and remember that you are not alone, as there are millions of other new parents out there in this with you.
